Clayton Hops
Clayton Hops is a family-owned and operated hop grower, largest in New Zealand and loved around the globe. Based in Tasman region in New Zealand Clayton Hops is run by three brothers joined by their partners who are realising their dream of perfecting the art of growing world-class hops. They stand by a shared philosophy of guardianship and respect for the land, backed by a strong commitment to the craft, and the love of good beer.
The carefully selected hops with clean, distinctive characters and depth of flavour and aroma are raised in pure air, fertile soil, clean water and no need for pesticides. Everything from planting and qrowing to processing and packaging is precision managed with quality in mind which consequently results in globally coveted hop varieties.
Dingemans
Since 1875, the Dingemans family has been producing an extensive range of basic ingredients for the demanding Belgian and European brewer. The family business has been operating 100% independently since establishment and the current malsters proudly embody the 5th generation of the Dingemans family who beyond doubt have malting in their blood.
Representing the richness of Belgian malt tradition Dingemans supplies the majority of Belgian brewers and has also made a name internationally. Their malts are used in renowed Trappist, Ale, Lambic, white- and abbey beers.
Ireks
IREKS is a family company with about 3000 employees worldwide, united by their IREKS spirit and motivation of making good things even better. The philosophy of the IREKS group rests on three pillars of continuity of thoughts and actions, competence in all areas and working together in partnership. The foundational focus on continuity, competence and partnerships is also basis for the everyday work.
At Baltic Brewing Supplies we carry a selection of malts from IREKS malthouses. Relying on their competence in malting and quality grain, IREKS has been producing malt for more than 160 years with the first commercial malthouse being established in 1856. Today they offer a wide range of base malts and speciality malts, catering to customers in 90 countries worldwide. In addition to malts the group also produces high-quality baking ingredients as well as flavourings and ice cream products.

An embodiment of “Hops and Innovation”, BarthHaas has been the driving force for flavour and reliability from as early as 1794, when they started by delivering hops to small breweries with a horse and cart. Now lead by technical visionaries and driven by passion, BarthHaas has not only managed to navigate the countless difficulties and challenges the world has encountered in the past 225 years, they have done so with upmost dedication to innovation and development in both products and service.
BarthHaas offers an extensive portfolio of hop varieties ranging from the American greats to legendary Australian varieties and best traditional and noble european varities.
Simpsons Malt
Founded in 1862, Simpsons Malt is a fifth-generation, family-owned business and Certified B Corporation.
The company’s passion is a focus on making malts with taste, flavour and consistently high quality with the world’s best brewers and distillers in mind, helping them to craft the finest beers and whiskies.
Simpsons Malt produces around 250,000 tonnes of malt per year at its two malting sites in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland and Tivetshall St Margaret, Norfolk, with long-standing principles passed down from generation to generation to make the best possible products.

Guided by dedication to development of brewing science and beer production efficiency the company produces an extensive and high quality product range designed to meet the growing needs of the brewing industry.
Lallemand
Lallemand is a privately-held Canadian company that specializes in the development, production, and marketing of yeasts, bacteria, and their derivatives. It was founded in Montreal, at the end of the 19th century by Fred A. Schurer, a young immigrant from Alsace, France. His German-sounding family name earned him the nickname “l’Allemand” or “the German” among the local population. “Success comes from cooperation,” is a foundational value of the company that guides everything they do. Cooperation extends beyond the company’s structure to include customers, researchers, suppliers, and key players in their markets.
