Hallertau Blanc is a daughter of the cultivar Cascade with a bouquet of tropical fruits, stone fruits and grapefruit. Released in 2012 Hallertau Blanc was bred and planted in response to the craft beer industry’s demand for bold and differentiating flavours and tastes.
